All Rooms :
Single rates are available : November 15 to August 31st at $59.00
2 person (double occupancy) rates are $118.00
September 1 to November 14th there is a double occupancy rate minimum:
$118.00 double occupancy per night
$59.00 each additional person
Double occupancy minimum (September 1 to Nov 14th and all holiday weekends.)
(Except we have 1 small single room that is available for singles at $59.00 year around) This is a very small room with a private 1/2 bath outside the room . Shared shower for small single room.
Rates include home-cooked continental breakfast, which includes home made french toast, fresh baked muffins or breakfast breads, cereal, coffee, tea, juice and when you come back in the afternoon we offer our famous home made soup with fresh baked Italian breads!!!!!
(Soup is substituted with bruschetta in the summer)
Coffee, tea, juice and milk are available anytime.
Full Breakfast is available for an additional $8.00 per person
served between 8 and 9 A.M.
Please let us know in advance for full breakfast.
Please feel free to bring your beverage of choice, We do not have a liquor license. Wine glasses are available.
Free Ice machine is also available.
Taxes are not included in the above rates.

Reservation are confirmed by deposit.
Payable by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, check or money
orders.
Deposit is refundable with 14 days notice. There is a $25 cancellation
fee.
