Rooms with Private Bath:
$90.00 double occupancy per night
$45.00 each additional person
Double occupancy minimum (Sept. and Oct.)
Single Rate: $ 49.00 November through August.
Rooms with Shared Bath:
$84.00 double occupancy per night
$42.00 each additional person
Double occupancy minimum ( Sept. and Oct.)
Single rate for Shared Bath $46.00
November through August
(except for 1 small single room that is available for singles at $42.00)

Rates include home-baked continental breakfast, and our famous home made soup.
(Soup is substituted with bruschetta in the summer)
Coffee, tea, juice and milk are available anytime.
Full Breakfast is available for an additional $5.00 per person,
served between 8 and 9 A.M.

Please feel free to bring your beverage of choice, We do not have a liquor license

Deposit is refundable with 14 days notice. There is a $20 cancellation
fee.
